Scalpel Handle No. 4 also known as Knife Handle #4 L is similar to the #4 Scalpel Handle, only longer. It is compatible with the larger size 20 series disposable blades and is used for sharp dissection. The handle has vertical serrations and a center groove for thumb and forefinger gripping. There are no metric measurings on this handle.
