Delivery within Malaysia

• Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, subject to the applicable order conditions.
• Delivery to East Malaysia is chargeable.
• Delivery takes a minimum of 3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and a minimum of 5 working days in East Malaysia.
• Courier delivery hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order has been packed, we email you the consignment note and a link to track your order.
• We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delays can occur (for example shipping delays or items out of stock); we will notify you if there is a major delay.

International delivery

• International orders are subject to the applicable courier / express shipping charges.
• International shipping is available through leading express courier services, including DHL, FedEx and other reputable international carriers.
• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, based on item weight including packaging. Any additional charges at the destination, such as customs clearance, are payable by the customer.
