What information should I include in my quotation request?
List the products and estimated quantities you require, along with your delivery destination and any institutional purchase order (PO) or procurement reference details. This lets us include accurate volume/institutional pricing in your formal quotation.

Do you work with hospital, university, and government procurement processes?
Yes — we regularly prepare formal quotations for hospitals, universities, government departments, distributors, dealers, and clinics. Note your PO or procurement reference requirements when submitting your request and our team will confirm how to proceed for your organisation.

What payment methods are available once my quotation is confirmed?
Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard, secured with 3D Secure verification), Bank Transfer, and PayPal. Full details are on our Payment Option page.

Do you ship internationally to institutions outside Malaysia?
Yes — international orders ship via DHL and FedEx, with rates calculated automatically based on item weight and packaging. See our International Shipping page for details.

How quickly are confirmed orders processed?
Orders are dispatched the next working day (same-day dispatch if confirmed before 6pm on weekdays). Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 3 to 5 business days; East Malaysia typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

What if we need to cancel or return an order?
You may cancel within 7 working days of the order date without needing to give a reason, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Domestic (Peninsular Malaysia) orders are also covered by a free, no-quibble 5-day return policy.
