We accept Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard, secured with 3D Secure verification), Bank Transfer, and PayPal. For bank transfers, please email us a screenshot of your payment confirmation, or contact us via WhatsApp, quoting your Order Number.

Within Peninsular Malaysia, we ship via our courier partners with free delivery, one flat delivery price regardless of order size. For international orders, we ship via DHL and FedEx, with rates calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight and packaging.

Orders are dispatched the next working day (same-day dispatch if ordered before 6pm on weekdays). Within Peninsular Malaysia, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days; East Malaysia typically takes 5 to 7 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed and again once it has been dispatched, and you can track your order online.

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of the order date without needing to give a reason, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. To cancel or request a return, email us with your order details and we will issue a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Domestic (Peninsular Malaysia) orders are also covered by a free, no-quibble 5-day return policy.
